NyamTyme Launches in Florida: A Locally Built Membership Platform That Helps Diners Eat Out for Less — and Restaurants Keep More
Founded in Orlando by commercial pilot Jevoyan Dahaqua and Florida native Courtney Dahaqua, NyamTyme offers prepaid restaurant memberships that make local dining more affordable for everyday Floridians, while giving restaurants a lower-cost way to grow repeat business beyond high-fee delivery apps.
ORLANDO, Fla. — June 5, 2026 — NyamTyme, a Florida-based food-membership platform, today launched at NyamTyme.com with a dual mission: make dining at local restaurants more affordable for everyday Floridians, and give those restaurants a lower-cost way to attract and keep customers.
The platform offers prepaid restaurant memberships that diners can use at participating local restaurants across Florida. For diners, it is a way to discover neighborhood spots, try new cuisines, and stretch a dining budget further. For restaurants, it is a channel to bring in new guests and build repeat business — without giving away a large share of every sale to high-fee delivery and marketplace apps.
NyamTyme arrives at a moment when many Floridians are dining out less as costs rise, and when independent restaurants are searching for ways to grow that don’t depend on steep third-party commissions or constant discounting.
“I’ve had street food in Bangkok, a bowl of ramen in Japan, and home-cooked meals in Jamaica — and what stays with you is never just the food. It’s the people you share it with.” — Jevoyan Dahaqua, Co-Founder, NyamTyme
“Courtney and I built NyamTyme so more Floridians can have that experience close to home, at a price that makes sense,” Dahaqua added, “and so the local restaurants we love can grow without giving away a large share of every sale to a third-party app.”
Unlike delivery-first apps, NyamTyme is built around in-person dining and lasting customer relationships. Participating restaurants can reach new diners, encourage repeat visits, fill slower periods, and feature the menu items and offers they choose — while keeping more of what they earn.
For diners
- Discover real meals at local Florida restaurants — not just chains.
- Prepaid memberships that make eating out more affordable.
- Try new cuisines and neighborhood spots you might otherwise miss.
- Support local restaurants directly, every time you dine.
For restaurants
- Reach new diners who are actively looking to eat local.
- Turn first visits into repeat regulars.
- Fill slower days and off-peak hours.
- Keep more of each sale than with high-fee delivery apps.
“Florida has one of the most exciting food scenes in the country — Caribbean, Latin, Asian, soul food, seafood, and the family-run spots most people never hear about. NyamTyme exists to put those places in front of more diners, and to make sure restaurants earn more by being discovered, not less.” — Jevoyan Dahaqua, Co-Founder, NyamTyme
NyamTyme is launching first in Florida, beginning in Central Florida, with plans to expand restaurant partnerships statewide. The company is currently inviting restaurants, cafés, and local food businesses to join the platform.
NyamTyme is available now at NyamTyme.com. Restaurants interested in partnering can learn more at nyamtyme.com/restaurants/partner.

The People Behind It
Founders
Jevoyan Dahaqua
Co-Founder, NyamTyme
Jevoyan Dahaqua is a commercial pilot, longtime technology builder, and lifelong food lover — and the co-founder of NyamTyme. For more than 15 years he has been building and exploring apps and technology, drawn to the question of how good tools can make everyday life a little better.
His work and curiosity have taken him across the United States and around the world, including Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Leipzig (Germany), Israel, Dubai, Jamaica and the wider Caribbean, Honolulu, and Incheon. Eating his way through those places gave him a deep appreciation for how food connects people, cultures, and communities — and how often the best meals come from small, local kitchens.
With NyamTyme, Jevoyan brings together his love of food, his belief in practical technology, and his conviction that local restaurants deserve better tools to reach customers without being squeezed by high platform costs.
Courtney Dahaqua
Co-Founder, NyamTyme
Courtney Dahaqua is the co-founder of NyamTyme. Born and raised in Florida, Courtney brings a lifelong connection to the state’s communities and local food culture to the company’s Florida-first mission.
Alongside her husband and co-founder, Jevoyan, she helped shape NyamTyme around a simple belief: that great food should be within reach for everyday people, and that the neighborhood restaurants woven into Florida’s communities deserve a platform built to help them thrive — not one designed to take advantage of them.
