No. Customers purchase Meal Passes before they redeem eligible meals at participating restaurants.
Do we have to offer our full menu?
No. You choose exactly which items qualify for NyamTyme redemption.
Does NyamTyme replace our POS system?
No. NyamTyme works separately from your existing point-of-sale system. No POS integration is required.
Can we set a daily limit on redemptions?
Yes. You set daily quantity caps per item and control which days and times redemptions are accepted.
Can we leave the platform if it is not working for us?
Yes. Participation is voluntary. You can pause participating items or your restaurant profile when needed.
