We may store activity related to purchases, redemptions, transfers, gifts, refunds, and account notifications so users and support teams can review account history.

Restaurant partners are independent businesses. Information needed to verify redemptions may be shared with the relevant restaurant or authorized staff for service and fraud prevention.

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for reviewing transfer or gift recipient details before submitting. Do not share reset links, passwords, or redemption codes.

We do not store raw bank account details for restaurant payouts. Stripe-hosted flows collect payout and payment information where applicable.

We monitor account, referral, promo, and redemption activity for fraud and abuse, such as duplicate self-referrals, fake accounts, or resold redemption codes. We may retain records of flagged activity for as long as needed for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
