No automatic renewal charges
NyamTyme does not automatically re-bill your card after a public Meal Pass purchase. You decide when to buy another Meal Pass or pack.
Redeemed meals
Meals that have been redeemed, verified, completed, transferred, or used in a gift may be ineligible for refund except where required by law.
Transfers and gifts
Transfers from an active balance keep the sender terms. Purchased gifts activate after payment confirmation. Users are responsible for entering the correct recipient email.
Billing errors
Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other cases required by law.
Restaurant partner disclaimer
Restaurant partners are independent businesses. Food quality, service, menu availability, hours, and restaurant closures do not automatically guarantee a refund from NyamTyme.
Fraud and abuse
NyamTyme may decline refunds, void promo or referral Meal Passes, and suspend accounts involved in confirmed fraud or abuse, including chargebacks made without cause.
Account responsibility
Users must protect their account credentials and redemption codes. NyamTyme may decline refund requests tied to shared credentials or user-submitted recipient errors.
