By using NyamTyme, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Subscription terms

NyamTyme plans and single meal balances are valid for 30 days from activation. Unused meals do not roll over after expiration.

Meal transfers and gifts

Transfers from an existing active plan keep the sender plan category and expiration date. Purchased gifts activate after payment confirmation and expire 30 days after activation.

Restaurant partners

Restaurants are independent partners. Menu availability, hours, service, food preparation, and participation may vary by location.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining account access, keeping credentials secure, and reviewing transfers or gifts before submitting.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is limited and described in the Refund Policy. Activated, redeemed, expired, transferred, or gifted meals may be ineligible for refund except where required by law.
