Meal Pass details
Full details are shown before checkout.
Billing — no automatic renewal
Public Meal Pass offers are one-time purchases. We do not automatically charge your card again. You choose when to purchase your next Meal Pass or pack.
Meal transfers and gifts
Transfers from an existing active balance keep the sender category and terms. Purchased gifts activate after payment confirmation.
Restaurant partners
Restaurants are independent partners. Menu availability, hours, service, food preparation, and participation may vary by location.
Meal Passes, not a guarantee
Your purchase is a NyamTyme Meal Pass balance for participating restaurants. It is not a reservation or a specific item from any restaurant. Restaurants control their own inventory and may sell out, change hours, or pause participation at any time.
Fraud and abuse
NyamTyme monitors for fraudulent or abusive activity, including but not limited to fake accounts, duplicate self-referrals, shared or resold redemption codes, chargebacks without cause, and attempts to redeem meals outside posted restaurant policies. We may suspend accounts, void promo Meal Passes, decline service, or withhold payouts associated with confirmed fraud or abuse.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account access, keeping credentials secure, and reviewing transfers or gifts before submitting.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is limited and described in the Refund Policy. Activated, redeemed, transferred, or gifted meals may be ineligible for refund except where required by law.
