Payouts

How payout records work in NYΛMTYME.

Payout amounts, timing, and eligibility may depend on the restaurant's agreement, Meal Pass category, and verified redemptions.

Meal Pass purchase

Customers purchase NyamTyme Meal Passes through the customer side of the platform.

Eligible redemption

Customers redeem approved eligible meals at participating restaurants.

PIN or QR verification

The restaurant verifies the redemption with a PIN code or QR code scan before serving when verification is required.

Payout record

Verified redemptions create payout records connected to the restaurant and category.

Weekly standard payout

Standard payouts are processed weekly once a restaurant eligible payout balance reaches at least $25.00.

Balances under $25.00 carry forward

An eligible balance below $25.00 is never lost or reduced. It carries forward and stays payable to the restaurant.

Monthly catch-up payout

NyamTyme processes a monthly catch-up payout for eligible positive balances that are still below the weekly $25.00 threshold.

Dashboard review

Restaurants can review redemption and payout activity in the dashboard where available, including the eligible balance and progress toward the weekly threshold.

Fraud and eligibility controls

Fraudulent, duplicate, unverified, or excluded redemptions may not qualify for payout records.

What restaurants should know

  • Only approved menu items qualify.
  • Redemptions must be verified.
  • Restaurants should keep availability accurate.
  • Payout records should match completed redemptions.
  • Standard payouts run weekly at a $25.00 minimum; smaller eligible balances carry forward and are swept by the monthly catch-up payout.
  • Restaurants receive 100% of their applicable NyamTyme restaurant payout amounts when using standard payouts. NyamTyme does not deduct its applicable Stripe Connect platform or standard payout costs from the earned NyamTyme restaurant payout.

Payout timing remains subject to Stripe processing times, account eligibility, verification requirements, banking delays, holds, disputes, reversals, fraud review, and other applicable payment-processing requirements.
