Purpose of partnership
NyamTyme helps restaurant partners reach prepaid local diners through eligible meal listings and verified redemption records.
No upfront platform cost
Restaurants can join and stay listed without a monthly platform fee while current terms remain unchanged.
Restaurant control over menu items
Restaurants select which items participate and may adjust availability, quantities, and active status.
Eligible meal items
Only submitted and approved items should be represented as NyamTyme eligible.
Availability and quantity limits
Restaurants should set realistic limits and time windows that match kitchen capacity.
Redemption verification
Staff should verify required PINs/codes before serving to keep redemption and payout records accurate.
Restaurant responsibilities
Restaurants are responsible for accurate item descriptions, availability, service standards, and staff awareness.
NyamTyme responsibilities
NyamTyme provides membership discovery, menu participation tools, redemption tracking, admin review, and support.
Payout expectations
Payout eligibility may depend on the restaurant agreement, category, and verified redemption records.
Restaurant payout schedule
NyamTyme pays restaurants their applicable earnings for valid qualifying redemptions. Standard payouts are processed weekly when a restaurant eligible payout balance reaches at least $25.00. Eligible balances below $25.00 automatically carry forward and remain payable to the restaurant. NyamTyme processes a monthly catch-up payout for eligible positive balances below the weekly $25.00 threshold. Payout timing remains subject to Stripe processing times, account eligibility, verification requirements, banking delays, holds, disputes, reversals, fraud review, and other applicable payment-processing requirements.
No payout deduction on standard payouts
Restaurants receive 100% of their applicable NyamTyme restaurant payout amounts when using standard payouts. NyamTyme does not deduct its applicable Stripe Connect platform or standard payout costs from the earned NyamTyme restaurant payout. The $25.00 weekly threshold is a payout scheduling minimum, not a fee, and it never reduces, forfeits, or expires earned amounts.
Menu accuracy
Restaurants should keep participating items current and pause items when they cannot be fulfilled.
Customer experience standards
Partners should provide a clear, respectful experience for members redeeming eligible NyamTyme items.
Admin approval
NyamTyme may approve, request edits, or reject profile/menu submissions to protect clarity and trust.
Pause/removal option
Restaurants may pause items or request removal from the platform according to applicable terms.
Support
Restaurants can contact NyamTyme for onboarding, menu, redemption, category, or payout questions.
Agreement acknowledgment
Final terms may be handled separately during onboarding or approval.
